Job/Internship Description

Job Summary

The Contract Administration Intern position will be responsible for maintaining contracts in Naviga's contract management database and overseeing the company's third-party agreements. In addition, depending on needs and the candidate's experience, responsibilities may also include assistance with other contract-related matters. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in different locations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper approvals and contract details are maintained
  • Ability to engage with business stakeholders and act as a liaison between departments in the review and overall management of contracts
  • Identify processes needing improvement and to drive continuous improvements
  • Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status
  • Attend in-house meetings to understand and participate in new initiatives
  • Coordinate with the company's sales, legal and finance departments
  • Requires strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess the ability to exercise mature judgment and work autonomously

Requirements

  • Prior experience in contract compliance or contract life-cycle management preferred
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, strength in communicating in a multi-cultural environment with all levels of employees, management and executives
  • Ability to maintain confidential company information
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time management, organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Desire to learn and advance
